Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used a Facebook application connected to My Cold Leads (such as MCL Automation) and wish to have your data deleted, follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to jack@mycoldleads.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Facebook account
• A brief description of the data you want deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.

What Data We Hold

Through Facebook-connected applications, My Cold Leads may hold:

• Your name and email address (from lead forms or contact submissions)
• Page interaction data (ad engagement, form submissions)
• Any information you voluntarily submitted through a Facebook Lead Form

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is used solely to deliver the service you requested (for example, receiving a requested document or being contacted by a business you engaged with).

Removing Facebook App Permissions

You can also remove app permissions directly from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
2. Find MCL Automation in the list
3. Click Remove

Removing app permissions stops future data collection. To delete data already collected, please send the email request described above.
